Phase 1: All primary voters need to see robust mail and digital by mid June through late July, that Raquel Terán has a record of taking on Republican extremists and winning as an activist and a legislator to improve the lives of Arizonans:

  1. In the legislature, she has been a champion for abortion rights in Arizona for her entire career. She led the fight against Arizona's 160-year-old abortion ban even before Trump's Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. That’s why she is the only candidate in this race endorsed by Planned Parenthood.

  2. As an activist, she took on former Sheriff Joe Arpaio and won. As Arizona Democratic Party chair, she stood up to Donald Trump and helped secure Mark Kelly's and Katie Hobbs's elections and defeat MAGA extremists Blake Masters and Kari Lake.

  • If a broad audience of all primary voters has sufficiently read and seen-on-the-go points 1 and 2, Hispanic voters would also benefit from reading and especially seeing-on-the-go the following in English:

    • Raquel grew up on the street that divides the Mexican and American border, so she knows firsthand how important it is to fight for those who came to America in search of a better life and she will make history as the first Latina Congresswoman from Arizona.

  • If a broad audience of all primary voters has sufficiently read and seen-on-the-go points 1 and 2, white voters over 50 also need to know that Raquel is the only candidate in the race endorsed by Senator Mark Kelly, because she knows how to take on MAGA extremists and win.

Phase 2: Working families need to hear a tougher message starting in early July. Stay tuned. Additional photo and video assets to be uploaded by June 12.
